Joint spouse to Randolph & Lackland; Where to Live

My wife is getting ready to cross train and with her new job and my current one we are working off the assumption of getting join spouse to Lackland and Randolph. Does anyone have recommendations for areas to live that are approximately equidistant from both bases? Ideally looking for an area with newer builds.
