PBW soak enough for sanke?

How are you guys cleaning commercial kegs?

I know for beer it’s suggested to do a 30+ minute hot soak or a 24 hour cold soak (inverting at some point). But kombucha produces so much more that can possibly stick to the keg. Anyone test it? How are you sure your kegs are clean?
