Galaxy Watch 7 won’t connect to Verizon number share

Can someone please help. I am on my second Galaxy 7 watch with Verizon and it will not connect to the number share. They said the first watch was defective but this one won’t connect either. It won’t find the mobile network and in my Verizon app it says it is unregistered. Tech support is useless and so is the store. I’m beyond frustrated at this point.
