ISO fit comparable but updated to 1st gen AirPods

I’ve had my 1st gen AirPods for longer than expected, but I only use them 2-3x/week. When using, I only wear my right ear and now the battery only lasts 30-45 minutes while my left lasts 2+ hours.

Searching for fit comparisons to the 1st gen since most new earbuds have ear tips that are not very comfortable, but open to suggestions.

Not looking for something too bulky, but should be versatile and actually stay in my ears
