I'm So Sick of it All

I work for a great facility that has admins that mostly care. I have ten direct supervisors, which is silly. It seems like the norm around here though. Two of them are micromanagers and total idiots. They've been nurses for a long time, but don't get basic nursing concepts. One of them was talking smack about me to an agency nurse. What she doesn't get is that the staff like me and they hate her. Of couse I heard about it. I already talked to one manager about it and when I go in again I am going to bring it up the chain at her advisement. The other admin have no respect for this problematic admin. I hate healthcare. I am going to save up enough to start my own business over the next few years doing something I love. It just isn't worth it anymore.
