Hello! I have over the last few years dealing with what I thought was reoccurring yeast infections. I did the Evvy test awhile back and am attaching those results. I started taking Happy V probiotics and I do think that has helped with symptoms. There was a period of time I was doing a lot of boric acid. I was also getting fissures. Mainly at the very top of my vulva- above the clitoris before the public mound at that crevice. This has been my most reoccurring symptom is the fissures. However I have always had heavy discharge- to the point of changing my underwear at least twice a day and sometimes it even going through to my pants. It’s white and odorless but sometimes will get thicker like a yeast infection. I recently went in to show my gyno my most recent fissure and she tested for YI and BV and was negative. I’ve told her before it feels like symptoms happen the week leading up to my period- which is why coming across this condition really stood out to me. I have an appointment with a vulvar dermatologist in October (an in demand and rare specialist it seems) in case  it’s one of the lichens. I don’t have pain during sex or urinating. I plan to get some pH strips tomorrow and see if that stands out, but wanted to see if anyone had a similar experience or insight or thought the Evvy results was a high amount. Thank you!
