Best day trip with Harbour Air?

Thinking about a Harbour Air day trip with a visiting family member. I’d like to keep it simple and enjoyable. They’re not big on cities/urban, so I’m not sure if Victoria is the right pick—even though I know it’s not exactly a big city, and I’ve been before. Are there other destination options that might be a better fit? Is Ganges (Salt Spring) worth it? A destination trip seems better value than sightseeing...
