ADVICE

Hey everyone! I've always considered myself to be gay (mlm). The thing is, I sometimes find women or femme people attractive. Although, I've never really desired to, or enjoyed dating them. I like men and I have been very confident in my sexuality... until recently. One of my friends (very femme nonbinary) said some and did some things that made me feel different towards her in that moment. However I may just be in a vulnerable state. I recently saw my childhood abuser (my dad) for the first time in over 4 years. For some context, I like praise, likely because of my trauma, and she was definitely giving me praise. She knows I'm gay but sometimes like nonbinary people. I guess she may have assumed I liked her back based on some of my responses. But to be honest, I'm vulnerable and easily affected by such things right now. I don't think her intention was to take advantage of me. She's been a close friend of mine through some rough times and has never done anything like this before. She's also going through a rough time, like me. Anyways, sorry for the ramble. I like men (sometimes unfortunately) and can only really imagine myself being in a long-term relationship with a man. But I also find some women attractive? I have found other women attractive before her but never anything more than noticing something I liked and moving on. I always joke that I respect women so much that I don't date them (I'm a major feminist). What could be my label? Am I still gay? Or am I somewhere on the bi spectrum? And what should I say to my friend? I'm pretty sure she likes me and I want to let her down easy. Thank you for reading and I will make sure to read any comments!
