business question

hey,

small time landscaper of three years and just starting to build some real ground with it. wondering if its "bad" or "unprofessional" to take various payment methods i.e PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App etc? Everything goes through Quickbooks so I don't believe I need to worry about the tax implication since its all accounted for. I just notice these payment processors such as stripe and quickbooks take fees, so why would I use them when I could just use the free alternatives?
