Why do I keep wasting time on social media even though I know my time is precious?
I’m genuinely frustrated with myself. I fully understand how valuable time is. I could be learning, creating, or just resting instead of endlessly scrolling. But no matter how many times I remind myself, I keep losing this fight with my own habits.
It feels like I’m stuck in a cycle. I realize I’m wasting time, I promise myself to stop, and then a few hours later, I’m right back at it again. Even setting time limits or uninstalling apps hasn’t helped me stay consistent.
Why is it so hard to align what I know is good for me with what I actually do?
Have any of you successfully broken out of this pattern? How did you do it? I’d love to hear any strategies, insights, or even just relatable experiences.
