I bought my Skytech PC prebuild, now they are saying the dont have the parts...

I really had the impression that the pre-build, were, like, pre-build. They have the same model with prime at Amazon, just little more in price.

So if you are thinking to buy from them, you may want to hit support to check if they actually have the parts.
