Withdrawal of OCA Memorandum dated November 15, 2024

Hello panye, anyone familiar with this? I just received a memo from the Executive Judge that the Court En Banc in A.M. No. 25-02-15-SC has withdrawn the OCA Memorandum dated November 15, 2024.

Does this mean notaries public no longer have to affix documentary stamps? Does anyone have a copy of the said AM?
