Capital One Payment inquiry

If my limit is $300, and I don’t spend anything, can I put a hypothetical 100$ in on top of that so capital one owes me 100$? Not increasing the limit of $300, just adding more money on top of the limit so I’m able to spend a bit more at a later date as I am going on vacation soon.
