Vaginal Progesterone Delivery

Hey there - I’m gonna have to switch to vaginal progesterone delivery because oral was too much for me. Anyone else take it vaginally? I have to go get it compounded but the Prometrium started to build up too easily and I was having pretty wild side effects.
