Did I ruin my chance?
SO, I had my very first audition call back. It was scheduled today at 12. Anywho, I log in and so does the casting person and the connection is TERRIBLE. I mean they are freezing, I'm freezing. I can't hear what they are saying. At first their camera didn't even load in. I don't know if it was all my end or just a mix of both. (Because I've done zoom meetings and other video calls before and I've never had it this bad) But anyways, long story short he agreed to swap the audition day for Thursday instead. But I feel so bad and like I ruined the chance to get the role. It's for a role I really felt connected to and wanting it the second I sent my audition tape in for. They sent me a message saying they were impressed by my video tape and wanted a video audition. But now I feel like that just ruined it and by the time the second audition comes around it'll be tainted. Am I just overthinking it? Or did I just severely hinder my chances of getting this role?
