Off-grid living is a fantasy here

While UAE is a nice place,

I sometimes get the urge to build a fully sustained house somewhere in the desert, I had tried that once in Qatar on a tent and a solar powered panel, now given the chance to do it again you’d be surprised by how easy it is to build a sustainable shed, however it does come with countless mistakes and a lot of time,

Though in a highly controlled society I highly doubt the government would be happy knowing one dude is living without paying rent or SEWA 😂

Then again I could be totally wrong but it’s an interesting thought to have.
