I water fasted (WITH electrolytes, salt and potassium powder) for nearly 3 days 

Discovering my problem…. 

So, I was fasting for  20 hours  on / 4 hours off since the first Monday in June for 4 weeks. I was going to the gym 4 days a week ATLEAST and even 3 of those days going TWICE ( before and after work). My mental was tested because my clothes were fitting looser but to my shock the scale said I gained weight. Went from 337 to 344, WHEN I WAS GOING TO THE GYM MULTIPLE TUMES A DAY AND CONSISTENTLY 4-5 days in a row. I felt so discouraged but the clothes fitting looser would not let the negative thought of the scale not reflecting it make me lose focus or motivation.  
       So I decided to go with old reliable and not intermittent cycle and just water fast for straight days. Was playing on going as long as I could but I’ve had previous experiences of “not trusting a fart” and taking atleast half the time to refresh with liquids like bone broth with just was stressful for me at the time. 
(I went about 6 days water fasted and gained it all back refeeding poorly and didn’t get enough electrolytes, Salt and potassium in my water at the time)
     Anyways after 69 hours ended around 11:30 pm (didn’t want to wait til 3 am, TRY NOT TO GO TO SLEEP RIGHT AFTER U EAT)… I’m down to 326… AND IM REFFEDING WITH SMART CHOICES. mostly ketogenic foods, because I’m in ketosis.  When I wake up tomorrow I think I’m gonna start the fast again until Friday night. I’m Thinking it’s a good way to go into the weekend.
