Looking for a good lok lak recipe

Hi there! I am travelling through Cambodia for the first time and I’m having a blast. I had the most delicious lok lak in the guest house I was staying, and since then I have wanted to replicate it. I asked for a recipe to the owner but he hasn’t sent it to me so far :(

If you wouldn’t mind to share your best lok lak recipe, I would be super grateful.
