How are people like this not banned?

2 teammates duo q'ing saying extremely racist and homophobic things in knife round and griefing the game by teamflashing and nading teammates. How do these people even get this many games before being caught? They both have 200 games played, maybe it's a one-off but I doubt it's their first time doing this. I muted them by second round, but im sure they said more.

Anyone else experience this in Faceit lately?
