What should I expect to pay for something like this? Deck extension Extend deck 12’ x 25’ • Permit and miss utility • Dig (3) 18” x 36” footers for deck support and fill with concrete • Pressure treated 6x6 for deck support along with a double 2x12 drop beam • 2x12 ledger with ledger locks and drop cap for water flashing • Customer wants to demo pre existing under deck and re use 11’ deck boards . We will use a picture frame effect around the whole deck to achieve this • Replace fascia on old deck and new extension • Match pre existing white vinyl railings to best of our ability for new decking • Wrap 6x6 post with azek
