My mind has taken control and it's slowly killing me

Health

I have always had mental struggles, but they have become unbearable the older I've gotten because those around me that I love have also gotten older and with that comes multiplying health issues. I spend almost all day worrying about their issues. One of my parents just had a test and it requires waiting to find out if it is anything serious. The anxiety has me so consumed, I've started to have some very negative thoughts that I don't like at all. Thoughts of how to end the constant burden on my mind, but all the answers are very bad.

When there's a rare calm day, my mind turns to my own issues, which I feel I ignore because I don't have time to think about them, and I start to feel feelings of serious dread. They don't last too long, mainly because I just start thinking of my families health again, and it drives me up the walls with panic and anxiety.

It's been hard to deal with for most of my life, but now, I just can't take it anymore. I don't know what to do any longer. I just want to turn it all off so badly.
