Sister leaving abusive husband with 2 kids…. Looking for resources

Not going to get into too much detail but my sister (29f) needs to leave her abusive controlling piece of shit husband (50m) with their 2 babies. One is 2 years old and she just had another one about 10 weeks ago… she doesn’t have a car or a job. Her and the kids are stuck at home all day while he’s at work Monday-Friday. We live in California so nothing is cheap. She’s recently started selling some breast milk and saving it to get a car. It’s definitely not much but she has been doing what she can. Anyone know of any resources that would help her get back on her feet? Any and all information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you 🙏🏼
