How do you match with people from other countries? The tekken lounge matches me with people from my country.

I'm trying to play against people from America and I'm from New Zealand. I want to play against American players because there aren't many people playing in NZ. I tried to use the Tekken fight lounge and connect to different servers e.g America 0001 or America 0002 and I don't match with any american players. The only person I found was in New Zealand and I was wondering how I can play with American players without using lobbies.
