Freezing/Drop in FPS

With big maps and modded servers, I understand that the game will stutter from time to time and that’s fine. My game was working perfectly until about 2 days ago, I started getting moments where my game will drop to 1fps and I will freeze for 5-10 seconds. And it will continuously happen. I can still tab out or hit the windows key so it’s not my computer. I can leave and rejoin or restart my game and it will temporarily fix it for about 30 mins and then continue to happen. I have good specs (3070ti & i7) Like I said it worked perfectly fine up until about two days ago. I’ve done everything I could think of, verifying files, deleting and redownloading mods/entire game. Lowered all my settings, updated drivers/system. But it continues to happen. Does anyone else have this problem? Or potentially have a fix. Anything would be much appreciated🙏🏼
