Lumix S1II + 24mm f/1.8: Car Headrest Mount for Over-the-Shoulder POV Video?

I'm looking to get an over-the-shoulder POV shot from inside my car (Toyota GR86) using my Lumix S1II and the 24mm f/1.8 lens. I'm wondering if anyone has experience with headrest mounts or similar solutions that would work well for this setup.
