AITAH for telling wife I don’t need a play by play of son napping

My son has been home sick all week and we’re also potty training. We both work from home but I took the week off to care for him. It was all me and my son yesterday and today.

I put him down for a nap and left to work out as a break. During the workout I get texts about my son standing up, sitting down, not napping, singing, etc.

Tonight I casually say, maybe I don’t need a play by play of his nap because it’s distracting and it blew up into a it’s not a big deal and how it makes her not want to text me anymore. AITAH?
