Pro 34 error codes

Recently bought a pro 34 and was having really bad temp swing issues. So after dealing with traeger support(which took forever) they sent me a new temp probe and controller. After installing the parts I fired up the grill and it worked for about 20 mins then I got a hEr error so I shut it down and unplugged it and switched it back on and it ran for around 10 mins and then gave me the er1 code after unplugging it again and restarting it worked fine. It has done this the last 2 cooks after installing the new parts, just curious if anyone else has had similar problems and what I can do. Thanks!
