KD Banquet

Did KD ever say if she was invited to the banquet and just chose not to go? I'm assuming that's not the case but just wondering. Honestly it was hard for me to enjoy the banquet part of the episode because I was so annoyed for her. I hate how DCC has different rules for different people. And Kelli didn't even include her name when she was thanking all of the GLs
