Need advice on how to stop pumping!!

I almost exclusively breastfed but also pumped twice a day (morning and before bed) for a year! My girl has now lost all interest in nursing and I barely pump anything anymore. Thankfully, I have a hefty freezer stash so she’s still getting breastmilk but I want to stop pumping!!

My question is: Can I just…stop? I got mastitis early on in my postpartum journey due to an oversupply and my baby suddenly sleeping through the night. But I maybe pump an ounce or two each session now. So can I quit? Will my body just… be okay?? Help please!!
