Car insurance quote

Hi I'm new to Canada and looking to get a used car.

I know all the insurance goes through icbc. Is there any quote tools I can use an insurance quote before I purchase the car?

I tried to use BCAA's quick quote but it was asking for the vehicles Vin and registration number which I down have.
