Turning life around at 25 advice

25M pretty lost in life and not sure what to do, long story short the last 7 years since i've graduated high school I got addicted to painkillers and was completely stripped of my ambition, integrity, to do better for myself, but i'm starting to get myself clean and wanting to get myself on track, I have no degree, no job, and really no idea what to do. I get myself clean off PKs and then what? i don't even know what i wanna go into but I can do anything or go into any field as my parents are still helping me and would pay for it meaning i can go to school or get certifications in a field and its all paid for, how do i actually make use of this so i don't waste the life im given? im sure others would kill to be in my position, what fields are in demand right now where i can potentionally make a lot of money?
