Dead Rog Ally Z1 and won't charge

I have done tons of research on this matter and can't find anything that works. It's driving me crazy. I bought my Rog Ally used from Best Buy in February. Up until a few days ago it was running great and perfect. Then one day it just stop charging. I have tried just about everything. From disconnecting the batt for 10 mins to holding the power button down for 40 seconds. Still nothing. Wondering if anyone had this problem before and what you did. I have a warranty with ASUS but for some reason the website is not letting me send it off for a fix. PLEASE HELP! Im tired of running around in circles.
