Fleetwood?

Looking for advice on possibly moving to Fleetwood and safety (specially as a woman) I've seen many posts saying it's generally safe, but have also seen a few mentioning some vandalism a few streets down, and post 2020 it's gone downhill. Any insight into safety, specifically walking to and from the train station, and around Gramatan Ave would be helpful.
