thoughts on bihar sharif

my family is going to shift to Nalanda district in few days. i really wanted to know how is Bihar sharif or Rajgir area.

we are gonna live there, so i need to know about

1. infrastructure

2. which part of bihar sharif is rural or urban

3. is the road connectivity good

4. how is the culture over there.

(i'm native to bihar, so language and other stuff won't be a problem.)
