Can you help me find an H anime?

Hello, I've been looking for an H anime for a long time and I had to turn to Reddit. I don't know if you can help me. The anime seemed to be based on a game; It was a hostel (like a motel) where there were hybrid girls. What I remember is that it was from the boy's perspective, and that in one chapter there were two twin succubi who, by joining their tails, created a heart and, if they touched it, the girls felt the same thing at the same time. Also, at the beginning of the chapter there was always a girl in a "reception" class.

Thank you so much..
