What Cut of Dress is This?

This dress is hands down my absolute favorite, and I don't think I've ever found a dress that complements my figure so nicely! The issue is I know next to nothing about fashion, and I have no idea what cut/style this is. I know it's a ruffled sleeve with a sweetheart neckline (?), but what about the body?

I thought it was a body con at first, but it's much looser than it looks. It's more of a form-fitting flowy dress. Is there a specific name for this cut of dress?? Thanks in advance!
