Scheduled payment to resume, then it’s gone away again

I’ve been on an IBR that I’ve paid faithfully. I got laid off in January, so I requested that I be re-evaluated for a lower payment.

That request was rejected bc I’d actually been paying extra on one of my loans and didn’t realize it, and my loan payment was supposed to resume in July (auto-draft), only it didn’t, and when I go to the website it says next payment is 11/30. Anyone know what’s up?
