When was the last time you got a genuine compliment from another man over 30?

After a downtrodden day, and trying to keep my wife’s mentality above water to almost no avail all day, a gentleman walked up to me unannounced at the restaurant I treated her to while she was in the bathroom.

He said “you really love your woman, you’re not fake, she’s lucky to have you, you’re tough as nails,” and walked away.

I can’t help but think he must have seen how she was being all meal despite my best efforts and came over to give me a pick-me-up.

It was really nice, and I couldn’t remember the last time another male stranger had actually given me a compliment.

When was that time you can think of some other man giving you a well intentioned compliment?
