Please help me !

I am a dentist from India and planning to take the NDAEB exam (currently residing in Vancouver). I have gotten my WES evaluation done and a copy of it has been sent to NDAEB as well. Now, next steps include mailing some documents to NDAEB ourselves. We are supposed to send the transcripts (after getting them notarised by a canadian lawyer) from our previous university. My university does not hand out transcripts to the students. What should I do ? How do I proceed ? Thanks for reading my post.
