🚨 Bilingual Real Estate Supporter
📍 Location: Hamamatsucho, Tokyo

🗣 Languages: Japanese: N2+ (N3 OK if communication is smooth), English: Business level or higher (Required)

🕒 Working Hours: 9:30–18:30 (1-hour break)
💴 Salary: From ¥240,000/month (Annual ¥3.1M+), bonus 2x/year, raise 1x/year

📝 Job Tasks:

• Help foreign nationals find apartments
• Show properties, handle key handovers, explain contracts
• Communicate with real estate companies and tenants
• Translate documents and provide bilingual support

✅ Requirements:

• Must speak English fluently
• Japanese N2 or strong N3 level
• No experience OK
