Is this normal?

Applied sa in-house company and during the initial interview, they stated na they couldn't tell how much is their package and will be based daw sa previous rate ko. I clarified and stated syempre up for discussion pa ang basic pay pero yung allowance nila is how much? They further stated na hindi daw sila sure and based pa sa management. Normal ba yun?

Previous companies na inapplyan ko kasi initial interview palang sineset na expectation mo on how much yung allowance nila. I also came from in-house eh pero not quite sure since 2 BPO palang exp ko.
