How much are you paying to rent a room?

Looking to rent out rooms in the Southside but having a hard time understanding the price point. Took a look through rent panda but saw no real rhyme or reason. For those of you renting a room right now how much are you paying? Do you pay for utilities? How's the neighborhood? I was wondering if 700$ all included in an ok neighborhood with 2 roommates a backyard is unreasonble
