Life of a Spartan / Native American - book recommendation

Hey all. Id really like a book about this:

Native Americans - life on how they lived. Hunted. Survived. Fought.

Rome / sparta - soldiers, battles, training.

Non fiction - military / historical. Not Textbook like. Id like to both learn and enjoy.

One i really liked was of WW2. Antony Beevor: Stalingrad. He writes very visceral while staying informative.. And Empire of the Summer Moon, ai read.

Lmk!!! Im all ears
