rising my voice without realizing

im struggling to comunícate with my family a lot cause i dont realize and i raise my voice at them and they of course take it as rude but i don't mean that at all. it's complicated mostly cause sometimes they get kinda verbally violent towards me and it's very overwhelming this doesn't happen everyday but I been struggling with it a lot lately. i just wanted to know if anyone struggles with this and how to manage it.
