Bought vouchers from 99gift

I have bought some vouchers from 99gift.in as many guys confirmed it as legit. But my money has been deducted and I didn't recieve any vouchers for the same. The customer service is pathetic they are not even reachable and I am not sure what to do now. I need your support regarding this. Thanks in advance
