Thank you Jaleel - exceptional United Express flight attendant

It was a tough day for many of us in the northeast, but I wanted to give Jaleel a shoutout.  He was our flight attendant on flight 4576 from Philadelphia to Dulles, which was delayed about 2.5 hours on the tarmac due to bad weather.

It cannot be easy to be the only person in front of 50 people, but he was totally professional and, honestly, chill under the circumstances and despite a few increasingly rude and unpleasant folks.

He hustled to give several water and snack services to all of us in coach, and was clear, concise, and calm in response to every question.  I also appreciated his thorough exit row briefing, quickly verbalizing extra info for us.

Finally on landing, he read out departure info for those of us with connections.  Really above and beyond, and friendly too.  Not to get sappy about a company, but Jaleel represented what I think of positively when I think of United.

I will also email and hopefully they will put a commendation in his file with United / GoJet, their regional partner.  Just wanted to share it here too because in all the time I spend in the air, I so appreciate folks like him who make it easier.
