Enrollment deadline

Hi everyone,

I’m an incoming international student starting the Master of Social Work (Semester 2, 2025) at UniMelb.

Unfortunately, I missed the subject enrolment deadline because my Study Plan was locked, and I didn’t have access to enrol in subjects before the cutoff. As soon as I realised this, I:

Submitted the Enrolment Assistance Form via Stop 1

Sent a follow-up email

Called Stop 1, and they said they’ve now escalated my case to the faculty for review

I’m still waiting for a response and just wondering…

💬 Has anyone here had a similar experience?

Did the faculty end up unlocking your Study Plan or enrolling you manually?

How long did it take for them to respond?

Is it likely that I’ll still be able to start my semester on time?

Any advice or reassurance would be really appreciated — it’s been a bit stressful navigating all this from overseas.
