Is this a need for validation?

Life/Self/Spirituality

Is it weird to feel like if I can’t share my life with people that life isn’t worth it ?

The majority of the time I’ve caught myself thinking if people don’t like me, if I can’t share my life online, if I can’t show that I am live laugh and loving is it all worth it ?

Not sure if this makes any sense at all.

It’s like that saying “ if you didn’t post it, it didn’t happen” it’s like if I don’t post that I am having fun, did I really have fun ?

If a group of people’s opinions is bad of me then everybody hates me and nobody likes me so life isn’t even worth living because nobody likes me.

Like my family loves me and constantly shows me love but if it’s not others then it doesn’t matter.

I don’t know why I think this one. Do you think it’s like a form of validation?

It’s funny because sometimes I don’t care for people to know things, I don’t care if I post or not, but just knowing that things are not going a certain way, people’s opinions of me being bad, like just knowing that these things are going on in the background is enough for me to not care about anything.

Does this make sense to anybody? Have any of you guys experience this?

I wanna say that a part of it is I’ve built my whole life around people liking me and being perceived so great
