Cycling route around the bay

I am looking to complete a ride around the bay, with a route starting from sf -> Marin -> Berkeley -> San Jose -> back to sf

Any recommendations on routes? I made a route on Strava but not exactly sure if I’m in the best route in terms of safety. If anyone has any suggestions to help plan that be great. Thank you!
