My wife,31 got her visa approved. I already have a visitor visa.

Interview Experience: Q: What is the purpose of your visit? A: Want to go on a vacation with my husband to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. Q: Does your husband have a valid visa? A: Yes he does. Q: What is your job about? A: Works as xyz for xyz department in govt of xyz. Q: Where will you be visiting and how long? A: Will spend a week in and around New York as my husband's aunt lives there. Washington D.C and Niagara Falls if time permits.

V.O: Congratulations your visa has been approved!

No documents were asked. Not even copy of my visitor visa.

Whole process from Ds-160 to Visa approval took about 5 weeks. Got the appointment booked via visa agent.
